ALLSTAR HOLDINGS LTD. is currently seeking IRATA or SPRAT LEVEL 3 ONLY Certified Technicians for specialized high-access operations in Vancouver, BC. We are looking for career technicians who possess an expert-level command of glass restoration, high-altitude access systems, and building maintenance.

This role requires LEVEL 3 IRATA / SPRATT CERTIFICATION and its more than just a certification. You must demonstrate:

- Specialized Glass Restoration: Proven proficiency in the chemical removal of advanced calcium, lime, or hard water deposits. This is a high-skill task requiring precision while working at heights.

Comprehensive Maintenance Skills:

Beyond window cleaning, candidates must be proficient in:
Pressure Cleaning: High-pressure washing of building envelopes and parkades.
Bird Spike Installation: Precise installation of avian deterrent systems at height.
Gutter Cleaning: Efficient clearing and maintenance of complex drainage systems.
Multi-Platform Access Mastery: Documented experience across all facets of Commercial, Strata, Industrial, High-Rise, and Low-Rise systems, including:
Suspended Access: IRATA/SPRAT rope access and swing stage.
Mechanical Access: Expert-level operation of man-lifts, boom lifts, and ladders.
Technical Competency Assessment




Applicants will be screened on their ability to manage the following:
1. Chemical Mitigation: Identifying correct solutions for mineral buildup without damaging architectural finishes.
2. Rope Rigging: Advanced knowledge of Y-hangs, re-belays, and rope protection.
3. Complex Geometry: Navigating difficult architectural features like overhangs and recessed skylights.

Mandatory Requirements
Certification: Valid, current IRATA/SPRAT LEVEL 3 Certification is a MUST.

Supervision Experience: Must be able to supervise and train workers at high angle work.

Desirable Certifications: WHMIS, Fall Protection and First Aid
Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of verified experience in all facets of high-rise and low-rise window cleaning and pressure washing.
References: Must provide at least two professional references who can vouch for your technical skill and safety record.
