About Us

House of Socials is a digital marketing agency specializing in content creation, paid advertising, and lead generation for growing businesses.

We’re looking for a highly experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) specialist to become our go-to implementation partner. This is not a one-time project, we’re looking for someone we can work with on an ongoing basis as we onboard new lead generation clients.

About the Role

We’ve already standardized how we deliver lead generation services. Your role will be to setup the GHL from scratch, then to take each current client and implement that system inside GoHighLevel.

As we sign new clients, you’ll configure their CRM, automations, pipelines, calendars, forms, integrations, and lead nurturing based on our existing framework. Over time, you’ll also help improve and expand our systems.

If you also have strong experience running Meta Ads, that’s a significant advantage, as we’d like someone who understands both the lead generation and CRM sides of the process.

Responsibilities

- Build and configure client GoHighLevel accounts
- Create and manage pipelines
- Build workflows and automations
- Set up calendars, forms, surveys and funnels
- Configure email and SMS automation
- Connect domains and third-party integrations
- Import contacts and organize CRM data
- QA and test all automations before client launch
- Document your work so future setups remain consistent
- Continuously improve our master CRM template

Bonus Responsibilities

- Launch and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
- Install and verify Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and tracking
- Optimize campaigns based on CPL and lead quality




- Work with our creative team on ad implementation

Required Qualifications

- 2+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture and automation
- Experience building workflows from scratch
- Experience with lead generation systems
- Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues independently
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to work without constant supervision

Nice to Have

- Meta Ads management experience
- Experience with Zapier, Make.com or API integrations
- Knowledge of lead attribution and conversion tracking
- Experience working with digital marketing agencies
- Familiarity with local service businesses

What Success Looks Like

The ideal candidate builds systems that require very little oversight.

When we sign a new lead generation client, we should be able to hand you the onboarding information, and you can independently:

- Set up the client’s GoHighLevel account
- Configure all required automations
- Connect integrations
- Test everything thoroughly
- Deliver a launch-ready CRM
