As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting guests and customers with their purchases while creating a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience. You’ll help maintain store presentation, recommend products, and ensure guests leave with a great impression of our retail offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests and customers with a warm, professional attitude
- Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked
- Answer questions about products, pricing, and promotions
- Help manage inventory, restocking, and merchandise organization
- Keep the retail area clean, organized,



and visually appealing
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed
- Support daily store operations and assist team members when required

What We’re Looking For

- Previous retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused personality
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge preferred
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player
- Adaptable availability, including weekends and holidays when needed
