Dragonfly operates through independent delivery contractors, allowing drivers and fleet owners to operate as their own business while servicing established delivery routes.

Responsibilities

- Safely deliver parcels to residential and commercial customers
- Load and organize packages efficiently
- Follow route assignments and delivery procedures
- Maintain a high level of customer service




- Use delivery applications and scanning technology
- Meet safety and performance standards

Requirements

- Valid driver’s license
- Cargo van, minivan, SUV, or delivery vehicle
- Valid vehicle registration and insurance
- Smartphone with data plan
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Solid time management and organizational skills
- Previous courier or delivery experience is an asset

Compensation

- Competitive route-based compensation
