We are a full-service 24 hour veterinary hospital offering regular preventative veterinary care and around-the-clock emergency services. Job Responsibilities

- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, enthusiastic client care
- Ensure every client feels welcome and valued
- Answer phones and emails, respond to client needs
- Phone triage, assess urgency of pet health concerns
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Process insurance claims
- Prepare invoices and handle payments
- Maintain and update client records using Avimark software
- Perform administrative duties
- Maintain hospital cleanliness

Job Requirements:

As our ideal candidate, you will:

- Have prior experience working in a veterinary hospital
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills




- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency with computer systems, scheduling software, and basic office equipment
- Passion for animals and genuine care for pet owners’ needs
- Excel in handling stressful situations with empathy and professionalism
- Have prior knowledge or the ability to work with Avimark software
- Be an excellent team player, who loves to learn
- Be proactive and take initiative to work effectively without supervision
- Be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays. This is a 24 hour, 365 day a year hospital. Regular evening shifts (ending at 11pm) and weekend shifts are an absolute requirement
- Able to lift 50 pounds

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
