The Building Manager will be responsible for a growing residential rental portfolio and supporting the Property Manager. The role requires an individual who can provide superior customer service while being responsible for administrative and maintenance duties of each property.
● Perform administrative duties involved in the operation of the building
● Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and concerns
● Perform move-in and move-out procedures
● Conduct regular inspections of common areas, facilities, and equipment.
● Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations
● Enforce building rules, policies, and lease agreements
● Supervise contactors
● Support budgeting and cost control efforts
● Perform minor maintenance jobs inside the units as well as in the common areas
● Assist with community building events
● Serve as the primary point of contact for residents
● Handle occasional after-hours emergencies
● Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
● Previous experience as a Building Manager
● Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act
● Highly organized and detail-oriented
● Can-do attitude with exceptional customer service skills
● Knowledge of Yardi is considered an asset

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
