We're looking for driven individuals to join our team as Lead Generators. This is a part time, commission-based opportunity that offers unlimited earning potential and a clear pathway into a full-time Sales Consultant role for top performers.

With the soon to be launched recent government program helping eligible low- and median-income homeowners upgrade their heating systems, demand is growing. We're expanding our team to connect homeowners with these opportunities.

What You'll Do

- Canvass residential neighbourhoods to introduce homeowners to available HVAC programs and promotions.
- Generate qualified leads for our sales team.
- Educate homeowners on available rebates and financing options.
- Represent On Track HVAC professionally and build trust within the community.
- Accurately track activity in CRM

What We're Looking For

- Strong communication and people skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face.




- Reliable transportation is considered an asset.
- Sales or customer service experience is an asset but not required, we'll provide training.
- Students and individuals looking for flexible, part-time work are encouraged to apply.

Compensation

- Full-time 40 hours per week, $16.75/hour + Commission
- Unlimited earning potential based on performance.
- Opportunity to advance into a full-time Sales Consultant role.
