Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective GMAT tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs
- Develop customized lesson plans and practice materials to enhance student understanding and performance
- Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Provide clear explanations of complex concepts related to quantitative reasoning, verbal skills, and analytical writing
- Support students in developing test-taking strategies and time management skills
- Maintain detailed records of student sessions, progress, and feedback
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student motivation and confidence
Qualifications
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly with GMAT preparation or standardized tests
- Strong writing skills with the ability to clearly articulate concepts and instructions
- Classroom experience is a plus, demonstrating the ability to manage diverse learning styles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with students
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage flexible tutoring schedules
