Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic QA/QC Welding Inspector to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety in welding processes operations. Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive quality control inspections of welded components using precision tools such as calipers and measurement devices
- Review welding procedures, specifications, and technical drawings to verify adherence to quality standards and project requirements
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections throughout the process to identify defects or deviations early
- Collect and analyze data related to welding quality, inspection results, and process performance for reporting purposes
- Document inspection findings accurately in quality records, reports, and databases for traceability and compliance purposes
- Collaborate with production teams to address non-conformances, recommend corrective actions, and prevent recurrence




- Support implementation of quality assurance protocols and participate in internal audits to ensure continuous compliance with industry standards

Requirements

- Proven experience in quality management within plant environments, particularly in welding in oil and gas industries
- Strong knowledge of quality control techniques, inspection methods, and industry standards,(ABSA codes or ISO certifications
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret technical data and identify root causes of quality issues
- Proficiency in using measurement tools including calipers, gauges, and other inspection instruments
- Familiarity with data collection practices and maintaining detailed inspection records
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Robust attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
