We are seeking a friendly and qualified Service Greeter to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and customers. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a positive experience from the moment visitors arrive. This role is vital in representing our brand and fostering customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

- Greet all guests and visitors with a warm, courteous attitude upon arrival.
- Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and general information about the dealership or facility.
- Manage guest check-in procedures and ensure smooth flow of visitors.
- Handle guest inquiries via phone or in person,



demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to promote a professional appearance.
- Support guest services by coordinating with other departments as needed.
- Inspect vehicles and move and park vehicles from the drive through
- Bilingual communication with guests to accommodate diverse clientele is preferred.Qualifications
- Prior experience in dealership, hospitality, or customer service roles is preferred but not required.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
