We're Looking for an Experienced Cook

Elma is a modern Turkish-inspired restaurant in Penticton, and we're looking for a strong, experienced line cook to join our kitchen team.

This is a senior role intended for someone who is already comfortable working a busy professional line. We offer competitive compensation for the right candidate and are looking for someone who can bring skill, consistency, and professionalism to our kitchen.

What We're Looking For

Required:

- Previous experience as a line cook in a fast-paced restaurant
- Strong understanding of service flow and station management
- Ability to work cleanly, efficiently, and consistently under pressure
- Reliable attendance and solid work ethic
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

- Several years of professional kitchen experience
- Experience leading or mentoring junior cooks




- A desire to continue learning and developing their craft
- Confidence working independently during service

Responsibilities

- Execute dishes consistently to restaurant standards
- Manage and maintain your station throughout service
- Support and mentor less experienced team members
- Assist with prep, organization, and kitchen cleanliness
- Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen culture
