Busser responsibilities include:

- Clear and reset tables efficiently and promptly
- Assist servers and food runners as needed during service
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and floors
- Remove dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils
- Support proper table setup with appropriate tableware and napkins
- Assist with opening and closing side work
- Follow sanitation, hygiene, and safety standards at all times

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Busser or similar entry-level restaurant role preferred
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift trays, dishes, or supplies as needed
- Strong teamwork and multitasking skills
- Professional demeanor in a fast-paced workplace
- Availability to work various shifts, including weekends
