We’re looking for a BD Lead to win high-value UX/product design work with VC-backed startups and enterprise teams across fintech, health, and more. You’ll build our outbound engine, open doors through VC/platform and partner channels, and close deals end-to-end.

At Orizon, we care about clarity and outcomes. You turn conversations into scoped engagements—running discovery, crafting proposals, negotiating, and growing relationships that last. You’ll target and engage key accounts, manage pipeline with discipline, collaborate closely with design leads, and represent us at select events. Remote role, North America–friendly hours.
