Join our property services team performing seasonal exterior work throughout Greater Moncton. This is a rare year-round outdoor role — no layoffs between seasons.
- April–September: Residential/commercial housewashing (soft wash, pressure washing)
- September–December: Installation of permanent LED lighting systems
- January–March: Snow removal (driveways, walkways, commercial lots)
Responsibilities
- Operate pressure washers and soft-wash equipment safely
- Install and troubleshoot low-voltage permanent LED lighting
- Operate snow removal equipment (plow/blower) in winter conditions
- Interact professionally with homeowners in office
- Maintain and report on equipment/vehicle condition
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license (clean abstract preferred)
- Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons and at heights (ladders)
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Basic mechanical/electrical aptitude (helpful, not mandatory — will train)
- Prior experience in landscaping, construction, or property maintenance is an asset
- Bilingual (French/English) a plus in Moncton market
