Burlington Trampoline & Tumbling is seeking motivated individuals to join our recreational coaching team for our Fall 2026 session. Successful applicants would begin at the end of August with onboarding and assistant coaching in order to be trained and ready for September classes.

We offer competitive pay and in house training opportunities to ensure our staff feel appreciated and prepared to provide high quality classes. Come join our team of passionate, energetic and motivated coaches.

General Details

● part-time work on evenings and weekends

● shifts are a minimum of 4.25 hours in length

● hourly wage based on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities

● teach recreational gymnastics and ninja classes

● encourage athletes to push past fear and achieve their goals

● record and monitor athlete progressed

● worked collaboratively with other staff and team members

Skills & Qualifications





● foundations or comp 1 trained an asset

● passion for sport and recreation

● experience working with kids and youth an asset

● must be 15 yrs of age or older

Training

● in-house training is provided for all staff in the form of paid courses, in-house clinics and shadow coaching
