About the Role

The Specialist,



Learning and Development is responsible for supporting the learning and development needs of staff and leaders at the university. The role provides expertise to the coordination and delivery of learning and development initiatives based on best practices, to support outstanding leadership, foster employee potential and engagement, and create a learning culture. The Specialist contributes to the continuous improvement of learning and development programs, services and opportunities through monitoring, reviewing and soliciting feedback from participants to ensure effectiveness and exceptional learner experiences.

We are looking for a team-oriented and organized professional who is passionate about learning, leadership development, and employee experience. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, coordinating programs and events, and supporting employees and leaders through meaningful learning opportunities. They bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Success in this role requires initiative, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
