Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. The HR Generalist will manage the day-to-day HR activities. This role will work closely with leaders and employees, provide hands-on HR support, and help improve HR programs, policies, and processes.

Duties

- Oversee employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive organizational culture.
- Administer HRIS platforms like Workday, Dayforce, Oracle HCM, or UltiPro to ensure accurate data collection, entry, and reporting for payroll processing and personnel records.
- Coordinate training & development programs to enhance employee skills, engagement, and career growth opportunities.
- Support change management initiatives by communicating organizational changes effectively and assisting teams through transitions.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws by updating policies in collaboration with legal teams and conducting regular audits of HR processes.
- Utilize project management skills to implement HR initiatives efficiently while managing multiple priorities within deadlines.
- Assist with payroll administration through systems such as ADP or Kronos, ensuring timely processing and accuracy of employee compensation.
- Contribute to human resources sourcing strategies by leveraging platforms like Salesforce or PeopleSoft for data-driven decision-making.
- Facilitate human resources activities including data collection for reporting purposes, employee onboarding/offboarding procedures,



and administrative support for HR functions.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in human resources management or related fields with familiarity in HRIS systems such as Workday, Dayforce, Oracle HCM, or UltiPro.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems including ADP or Kronos; experience with Ceridian is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability in talent acquisition using ATS platforms like Lever or iCIMS; recruiting experience is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Experience in change management practices and project management methodologies to lead HR initiatives successfully.
- Familiarity with data entry, data collection techniques, and administrative processes within human resources functions.
- Knowledge of human resources sourcing strategies utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM tools; understanding of HR compliance standards is preferred.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality while maintaining attention to detail in recordkeeping tasks involving SAP SuccessFactors or PeopleSoft systems.

Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
