Job description

- To Present the Plan and sign up Sellers and Buyers to contracts.
- To effectively negotiate contracts for all clients.
- Study your local real estate community and be knowledgeable on current home sales
- To develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, the area, schools, and homeownership.
- To take buyer clients out for showings.
- Advertise your services to the local community through social media, marketing materials and networking
- Responsible for timely and consistent follow-up with all leads.
- Provide a high-level of service and manage an efficient and effective home search process for our clients.
- Have a full understand of all OREA documents
- Maintain a valid real estate license.




- Such other duties and responsibilities may be assigned to you from time to time.
