At KCS, the starting wage is $20/hour and after your probation (3 months), but goes up to $22/hour, after that period. Further, we offer warm water, low ratio classes, great team and pre-mate lessons plan!
Why is KidsCanSwim so special?
1) Our purpose-built facility includes two pools that are heated at 32C, the water is UV filtered and gentle on your skin. The pools are shallow and small to facilitate a safe learning environment for kids.
2) Pre-made lesson plans using our own science-based curriculum that are easy to follow and low-ratio (3-4 kids) classes.
Employment Requirements:
- Enjoy working with kids
- Available for a minimum of 2-3 shifts per week (10-15 hours a week)
- Physically fit to work up to 3 or 4 hour shifts in water
- A current: Water Safety Instructor qualification or equivalent, National Lifeguard qualification and Standard First Aid with CPR-C
