Duties

- Perform a variety of nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable treatments or products
- Upsell retail nail care products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a friendly, professional atmosphere that encourages repeat visits




- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the salon or spa area to uphold high standards of hygiene and presentation
- Stay informed about the latest trends in nail design and techniques to continually elevate service quality

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role with a strong portfolio of nail art and design work
- Knowledge of body waxing procedures is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs
- Strong commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols in all treatments performed
- Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining a genuine focus on client satisfaction
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Retail sales experience is advantageous for promoting nail care products effectively
