Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across various facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience or interest in cleaning and facilities maintenance, with a strong commitment to quality and efficiency. Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing attention or repair
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely
- Assist with minor facilities maintenance tasks as needed
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as necessary
- Ensure all work areas are kept organized and hazard-free
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and products
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Positive organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate loads when necessary
- Must have own cleaning equipment and supplies.
