Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and vigilant Door Host/Security professional to ensure the safety and security of our premises while providing exceptional service to guests and visitors. In this agile role, you will be the first point of contact, responsible for monitoring access points, maintaining a secure environment, and upholding the safety standards of our facility. Your proactive approach and keen attention to detail will help create a welcoming yet secure atmosphere for all who enter.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests, visitors, and staff warmly while verifying their authorization to access the premises
- Manage entry points by checking identification and issuing visitor passes as needed
- Conduct surveillance using CCTV cameras to monitor activity around the property and identify potential security concerns
- Perform regular patrols of the facility, including entrances, exits, and common areas, to deter theft and ensure safety
- Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary
- Maintain accurate logs of all entries, exits, incidents, and surveillance activities for record-keeping purposes




- Enforce loss prevention policies by observing suspicious behavior and intervening appropriately

Qualifications

- Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or related fields is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of surveillance systems and CCTV operation
- Demonstrated ability to handle loss prevention measures effectively
- Excellent observational skills with a keen eye for detail during patrols and monitoring activities
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Good communication skills for interacting with guests, staff, and emergency responders
- Physical fitness to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods as required
