You will be responsible for interacting with our guests and making sure that our in-store processes run as smoothly as possible. You will report to the Manager during your shift, but will be empowered to make your own decisions that create the best overall experience for our guests. We are looking for amazing leaders with barista experience and a passion for healthy living.

Responsibilities

- You will be responsible for crafting thoughtful and personalized experiences for your guests.
- You must be a true team player, willing to get your hands dirty and do whatever it takes to keep our store running smoothly.
- Soliciting customer feedback and tracking customer feedback trends to better understand the needs of the Seed N Salt customer and local communities in order to drive execution improvement and ongoing loyalty
- Provide coaching, feedback, and support to FOH staff
- Assist with scheduling, training, and shift coverage
- Help oversee catering orders, store events, and prep timing

- Willingness to learn – thru hands on mentorship you’ll learn how to prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients.
- Availability to work flexible hours that include early mornings, evenings, some weekends and/or holidays
- Must have Barista experience
- OPEN AVAILABILITY- CAN WORK MORNING, MID AND CLOSING SHIFTS

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
