Are you a friendly, organized, and patient-focused individual looking to join a growing dental team? We are seeking a motivated Dental Assistant / Receptionist to provide exceptional patient care and support the daily operations of our dental office.

Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist patients in a skilled and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
- Process insurance claims, billing, and payments
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control protocols
- Support both clinical and administrative operations as needed (dentalofficejobs.ca)

Qualifications

- Dental assisting certification or relevant dental office experience preferred




- Previous dental reception experience is an asset
- Knowledge of dental software (Dentrix, Tracker, AbelDent, etc.) is an asset
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment (dentalofficejobs.ca)
