Axios Outdoor is hiring technicians to run our exterior cleaning crews — no experience required, we'll train you. This is a hands-on, outdoors, get-it-done kind of job, and you're paid per job completed. The faster and better you work, the more you take home. Simple as that.

What You'll Do

- Operate soft washing and pressure washing equipment to clean roofs, siding, decks, driveways, and other exterior surfaces
- Safely mix and apply cleaning solutions following our training and safety protocols
- Load, transport, and set up equipment at each job site
- Deliver a finished job the customer is proud of — quality work is what keeps the pay per job worth it
- Communicate professionally with homeowners on-site

Pay: Per Job

- You're paid per completed job, not by the clock. Work efficiently, do positive work, and your daily earnings go up.
- Full training provided on equipment, chemical safety, and technique — you don't need prior experience, just the willingness to learn and put in the work.
- More jobs completed well = more money. No shortcuts on quality, but no wasted time either.

Who You Are





- No experience necessary — we'll teach you the equipment, the chemicals, and the technique from day one
- Physically able to do outdoor, hands-on work — lifting equipment, climbing ladders, being on your feet
- Reliable — shows up on time, ready to work, every day
- Takes pride in doing a job right, not just fast
- Comfortable working independently once trained
- Valid driver's license required
