Overview

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Casino Cashier to join our dynamic gaming environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling guest transactions with accuracy and professionalism, ensuring a positive guest experience. This role offers an exciting chance to be part of a lively casino atmosphere where excellent customer service is paramount. Prior supervisory experience and leadership skills are a plus, as this position may involve overseeing junior staff and maintaining operational standards.

Duties

- Manage guest cash transactions efficiently and accurately, including exchanging chips for cash and vice versa
- Ensure all monetary exchanges are conducted in compliance with gaming regulations and company policies
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and cash drawers at the end of each shift
- Assist in supervising other cashier staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor gaming areas for security concerns or irregularities, reporting any suspicious activity to management




- Uphold the integrity of the casino’s financial operations through diligent cash handling and adherence to procedures
- Support guest services by creating a welcoming environment and ensuring guests’ needs are met

Requirements

- Strong basic math skills for quick and accurate calculations during transactions
- Excellent customer service and guest relations skills to enhance the guest experience
- Proven ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity at all times
- Experience in guest services or hospitality is desirable but not mandatory
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Pay: $16.40 per hour
