Charlotte Cleaning is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join our team. We specialize in vacation rental cleanings across Prince Edward County, ensuring every property is spotless, guest-ready, and professionally presented. Responsibilities

- Perform detailed turnover cleaning of vacation rentals, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
- Reset and stage homes to meet guest-ready presentation standards
- Launder and restock linens, towels, and other essentials
- Report maintenance issues, inventory shortages, or property damage through our reporting system
- Work independently and efficiently within tight time windows, often between guest check-out and check-in
- Follow safety procedures and use cleaning products according to established guidelines

Qualifications

- Previous cleaning experience (especially in hospitality or vacation rentals) is a bonus but not a must - training is provided.




- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Clear communication skills and reliability are essential
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Ability to lift (up to 40 lbs), bend, and be on your feet for extended periods (indoor shoe allowance is provided after probationary period).

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
