Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Customer Service Advisor to join our automotive dealership team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional customer service, guiding clients through vehicle maintenance and repair processes, and ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to service completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong automotive knowledge, sales skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer satisfaction. Previous dealership or mechanic experience is highly preferred.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their automotive needs, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Provide detailed explanations of repair services, maintenance options, and vehicle features to customers.
- Upsell additional services or products that meet customer needs while maintaining transparency and integrity.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently.
- Coordinate with technicians and service departments to ensure timely completion of repairs and services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service history, and sales activities.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Assist in achieving sales targets through proactive engagement and product knowledge.




- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, repair procedures, and dealership promotions.

Requirements

- Proven experience in a dealership or automotive service environment; mechanic experience or mechanical knowledge is a strong plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Strong sales aptitude with experience in upselling and promoting additional services or products.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes, parts, and maintenance services preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- A team-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
- Previous experience dealing with customers in a sales or service capacity is desirable.
