Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the food industry, develop customer service skills, and work in a collaborative setting. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional service, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation, and contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and recipes
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and addressing customer inquiries
- Ensure proper food handling and sanitation procedures are followed to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Assist with kitchen duties such as food prep, plating, and cleaning as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations,



dining areas, and equipment in compliance with health regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently

Skills

- Experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for order entry and cashiering
- Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction management
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
- Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced setting
- Kitchen experience or restaurant background is a plus but not required
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and sales performance

Job Type: Full-time
