Shift: Mon-Fri 8:00 AM – 4:36 PM (subject to flexibility if needed)

Your days will include:

- Assisting with the settlement process for new foreign workers
- Providing backup support to the Immigration Manager and the Immigration Senior Manager
- Taking directions from both the Immigration Manager and the Immigration Senior Manager
- Maintaining files and records (copies and/or originals) of all past and current work permit applications in accordance with SOPs and compliance requirements
- Maintaining and updating current SOPs
- Scanning and filing both electronic and hard copy documents
- Managing spreadsheets and preparing reports
- Performing other related duties as assigned

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

- A minimum of 1 year of experience working in an office environment
- A certificate in Business Administration, Office Administration, or Legal Studies
- Experience working in a multicultural environment
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and organizational skills




- Proven ability to manage and adapt to change
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong stress management skills and the ability to handle multiple demands
