Tsingtao is a high quality, award wining and well established professional massage spa located in Unionville, looking for receptionists to join our front desk team.

Job duty includes:
- Be the first point of contact & greeting our guests
- Receiving calls, replying to voicemails, missed calls and email etc.
- Making appointments & confirming reservation
- Educating client in regards to different services
- Processing payments and receipts
- Organizing files and stocks
- Providing refreshments
- Resolving guest challenges, utilizing support from the Spa Manager when necessary
- Other duties, but not limited to: Laundry, Basic Cleaning & maintenance, Social Media, Coordinating with spa managers with daily work, and other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
- 1 year minimum experience as a receptionist or related experience
- Excellent level of customer service skills in professional and friendly working environment
- Robust organization, communication and multitask skills in busy environment
- Fluent in English, Mandarin speaking is an asset
- Well presented (Smile, Hair and Makeup)
- be willing to be trained and learn about the standard procedures and services in spa
- Be punctuated and have reliable transportation.
