Job Overview

We’re looking for a reliable, organized, tech‑savvy Warehouse Inventory & Systems Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of computer-based work and hands-on warehouse tasks. You’ll work with multiple customer-specific WMS platforms, process inbound and outbound orders, communicate with customer technicians, and help keep our inventory accurate and organized.

After a 2–3 week training period, you’ll work independently day-to-day while still being part of a supportive warehouse team.

Responsibilities

- Process outbound orders per day using customer WMS platforms
- Receive and process inbound shipments daily (Purolator, FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- Communicate with customer technicians and contacts by phone and email
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately within customer set timeframes
- Use custom WMS systems to inbound, receive, adjust inventory, and complete cycle counts
- Maintain strict inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies
- Manage bin locations, square footage reporting, and customer-specific spreadsheets
- Operate forklifts and order pickers safely (must be certified)
- Build skids, repack products, and assist with general warehouse tasks
- Keep your workspace organized and maintain clean, accurate records
- Support other warehouse team members when needed





What We’re Looking For

Must-haves:

- Strong computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, Outlook)
- Ability to learn multiple customer-specific WMS platforms
- Forklift certification + hands-on experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs..
- Solid organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently after training
- Reliable, punctual, and bondable
- Clean criminal record check
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
- Comfortable communicating with customers daily
- Able to work in a warehouse environment (warm in summer, cooler in winter)

Nice-to-haves:

- Experience in inventory control or pick-and-pack environments
- Experience in a 3PL or multi-client warehouse

Schedule

- Monday–Friday- All statutory holidays off
- 40 hours/week (occasional short overtime as needed/approved- waiting for technicians etc.)
