The Role:

We’re looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our growing team! You’ll be the go-to person for our clients—handling inquiries, processing orders, supporting in-store visits, attending tradeshows, and ensuring every client interaction is smooth and memorable.

What You’ll Do:

- Answer customer inquiries with professionalism and flair
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability
- Resolve customer concerns and collaborate with our warehouse team to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Assist with marketing materials and social media content
- Travel across Canada for tri-annual tradeshows
- Stay up-to-date on our products and the latest in medical aesthetics

Who You Are:





- Experienced in customer service (bonus if you’ve worked in marketing or medical aesthetics)
- Bilingual: French & English
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable with computers; experience with CIN7, Shopify, Photoshop, Gmail, and/or Canva is a plus
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a natural problem-solver
- Thrives in a quick-paced, collaborative environment
- Excited about travel within Canada
