Job Summary:
Reporting to the Service Manager, the Shop Foreman will be responsible for planning, scheduling, performing, directing, and evaluating the repair and servicing of equipment.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assist technicians
- Monitor shop efficiency, productivity and workmanship
- Analyse and resolve customer relations
- Schedule incoming work and dispatch technicians
- Train technicians in job duties
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed
Qualifications:
- Strong commitment to employee morale / customer satisfaction
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Computer literate
- 310T truck and coach license would be considered an asset
- Ability to problem solve and adapt quickly to change
- Self motivated team player
- Committed to company health and safety
