Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated General Cleaner to join our team in Mitchell. This vital role ensures that our facilities remain clean, safe, and welcoming for employees, visitors, and clients alike. As a key part of our facilities maintenance team, you will play an active role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all areas of our premises. Your energy and attention to detail will contribute directly to creating a positive environment where everyone feels comfortable and cared for.

Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning as needed
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper to ensure facilities are well-equipped
- Dispose of waste properly and manage recycling procedures according to company policies
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas requiring additional attention or maintenance
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all staff and visitors




- Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks when required, including minor repairs or reporting issues promptly

Requirements

- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Solid knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality
- Valuable physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude toward teamwork and customer service

Pay: $17.60-$30.12 per hour
