Job Overview

We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team on a part-time on-call basis. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in producing quality workmanship, and are eager to develop practical construction skills.

Duties

- Assist with a variety of construction, installation, and maintenance projects.
- Safely operate basic hand and power tools.
- Perform measurements and verify that work is level, straight, and completed to a high standard.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Properly care for, clean, and store tools and equipment to maximize their service life.
- Assist with material handling, loading, unloading, and general site preparation as required.

Qualifications

- Experience using basic hand and power tools is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to recognize quality workmanship.




- Good eyesight and the ability to accurately assess alignment, level, and overall finish.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions effectively.
- Physically capable of performing manual labour and lifting construction materials.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
