Position: Salesforce QA Engineer
Location: Toronto, ON
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
Key Responsibilities:
Test Salesforce applications and business processes
Create and execute test cases, test plans, and regression tests
Validate Salesforce configurations, Flows, Lightning Components, and Apex functionality
Perform functional, integration, UI, and system testing
Track defects using JIRA and work closely with developers and business teams
Support UAT and validate data using SOQL queries
Participate in Agile/Scrum activities
Required Skills:
3+ years of QA/Software Testing experience
2+ years of Salesforce testing experience
Robust knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Experience testing Salesforce Flows, Lightning Components, and Apex Triggers
Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar test management tools
Ability to write SOQL queries for data validation
Experience with end-to-end Salesforce testing
Nice to Have:
Experience with nCino
Banking or Financial Services domain experience
Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, App Builder, Associate)
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
