Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble a variety of baked goods, and food presentation
- Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, mixing, baking, and packaging products efficiently and accurately
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all stages of food handling and preparation
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service, answering questions about menu items and dietary options
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to meet health regulations and safety standards




- Assist with inventory management by organizing supplies, checking expiration dates, and restocking as needed

Experience

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or food industry setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
- Skills in baking, and food presentation are highly desirable
- Familiarity with food handling procedures, kitchen safety protocols, and basic cooking techniques
- Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and create a welcoming environment
- Experience with food packaging and maintaining cleanliness standards in a fast-paced environment is advantageous
