Job description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing quality care to patients in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and home care. You will utilize your expertise in senior care, pediatrics, and medication administration to ensure the well-being of our patients.

Note: This is a permanent placement opportunity for the Long Term Care facility. Pay rate is subject to Interview discussion.

Duties:

- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care to patients
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and self-care techniques




- Provide emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures

Qualifications:

Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse with current licensure to practice in British Columbia

Pay: From $32.84 per hour
