We connect highly experienced special needs and developmental service professionals directly with local families supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (IDD), and complex behavioral needs.

We handle 100% of the client intake, provincial billing, and administrative paperwork so you can focus entirely on delivering exceptional care.

What You Will Do:

As an independent contractor, you will implement personalized skill-building, life skills coaching, community integration, and behavioral de-escalation strategies based on your professional background.



Each match requires a commitment to a 16-hour minimum monthly package, ensuring consistent, predictable contract blocks for you.

What We Require:

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of direct, hands-on experience supporting individuals with ASD, IDD, or complex behavioral profiles.
- Compliance: A valid, clean Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) completed within the last 6–12 months (mandatory for Passport funding compliance).
- Certifications: Current First Aid & CPR Level C.
- Assets: Specialized crisis training (e.g., CPI, BMS, or equivalent) or professional registrations (RSSW, RBT) are highly preferred for our $35/hr specialized care tier.
- Mindset: Reliability, transparent professional boundaries, and a passion for independent community-based support.
