Responsibilities

- Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, retail sales channels, telemarketing campaigns, and community outreach to promote insurance products.
- Conduct detailed analysis of clients’ insurance needs to recommend suitable coverage options that align with their financial goals.
- Build rapport with customers by delivering exceptional customer service, addressing questions, and guiding them through the insurance purchasing process.
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to close sales effectively while ensuring clients understand policy perks and terms.
- Manage sales administration tasks such as maintaining accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and policy documentation.
- Collaborate with the Agency owner to develop strategies that attract new clients and expand market reach.
- Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to provide updates, renewals,



and additional coverage options as needed.
- Establish relationships with business owners, car dealers, real estate agents etc

Requirements

- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, telemarketing or insurance sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Exceptional communication skills in both Chinese and English. (Mandarin and Cantonese a plus)
- Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Demonstrated customer service excellence with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and sales administration tools.
- Multilingual capabilities are highly valued to serve diverse communities effectively.
- Prior experience in the insurance industry or related fields is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates eager to learn.

Pay: $35,200.00-$100,257.14 per year

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:

- sales and customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- OTL and LLQP exam (preferred)
