Volta Victoria, the morning breakfast operation of Cenote Restaurant & Lounge is looking for a part-time server on weekend and weekday morning. Volta is an incredibly busy, high-quality owner/chef operated small boutique restaurant offering vibrant and fresh Spanish influenced food and service. The right candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, high function with speed and accuracy in duties and tasks, a personable demeanor, and a general positive team-spirited energy. This position has shared duties as host, cashier, take-out liaison, food runner, and bar back, while also handling tables and sections. The successful applicant will have the following attributes and acumen:

1. Speed, multi-tasking, problem solving and attention to detail.

2. An ability to follow standards and procedures as they have been codified.

3. An ability to analyze FOH needs- moment-to-moment, daily, weekly, monthly,



and to be organized and communicative as to these demands.

4. A want to work under a chef and owner, learning new skills and abilities, but also a want for self-government and self-direction.

5. To be physically fit, with proper standards for safety, protocol, hygiene, and integrity.

6. An ability to creatively problem solve, work with an even temper, demonstrate leadership skills, and fundamentally be a team oriented person who enjoys working on collaborative goals.
