The Opportunity:

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. What You'll Do:

● Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work, complete quantity takeoffs, and identify scope gaps, overlaps, exclusions, and items requiring clarification.

● Prepare project budgets and cost estimates using quantity takeoffs, supplier pricing, subcontractor proposals, and other relevant project information.

● Coordinate tendering and bid activities, including proposal review, price comparison, award recommendations, and scope or contract discussions

● Maintain cost tracking, budget updates, reporting, and forecasting throughout the project lifecycle.

● Review proposed changes and provide cost impact analysis to support project decisions.

● Assist with project planning, preliminary scheduling, coordination, and progress tracking from preconstruction through completion.

● Communicate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to align scope, pricing, schedule, and project requirements.

● Maintain organized supplier,



contractor, and subcontractor information to support current and future estimating work.

Qualifications:

● A diploma in Engineering Technology or a bachelor's degree in Engineering is considered an asset.

● At least two years of relevant construction estimating experience is required.

● Strong written and spoken English is required.

● Gold Seal Certification in Estimating is considered an asset.

● Strong professional communication and relationship-building skills.

● Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, On-Screen Takeoff, and familiarity with Revit/BIM.

● Written and spoken French is considered an asset.
