For more than 40 years, we've built our reputation on technical expertise, quality workmanship, and doing what's right for our customers and our people.
We're looking for an Equipment Testing Technician (Test Stand Operator) to join our Red Deer team.
Looking for something different than turning wrenches all day?
If you enjoy diagnosing problems, operating equipment, and being the person who confirms everything is performing exactly as it should, this could be the role you've been looking for.
As our Equipment Testing Technician, you'll operate, test, troubleshoot, and commission high horsepower frac equipment before it returns to our customers. You'll be the final quality checkpoint, ensuring equipment performs safely, reliably, and to OEM and customer standards before it leaves our facility.

Why This Role Is Different
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys diagnosing equipment performance—not just repairing it.
You'll combine equipment operation, advanced troubleshooting, commissioning, and quality validation while working alongside experienced technicians on some of the largest horsepower frac equipment in Western Canada. Every day brings a different challenge, and your work directly impacts the quality of equipment delivered back to our customers.
