We provide professional residential and commercial lawn maintenance, snow removal, and junk removal services with a focus on reliability, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service.

As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a hardworking, dependable, and experienced Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team.

Position Overview

This is a part-time, year-round position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable performing a variety of property maintenance services throughout all seasons.

Responsibilities

Spring, Summer & Fall

- Residential lawn mowing and trimming
- String trimming and edging
- Property cleanups
- Light Hedge and shrub trimming
- Leaf cleanup
- Loading and unloading equipment
- Daily equipment inspections and maintenance
- Providing excellent customer service
- Taking before and after photos of completed work

Winter

- Residential snow removal
- Commercial sidewalk snow removal
- Ice management and de-icing applications
- Safe operation of snow blowers and other winter equipment
- Working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays during snow events as required

Additional Duties

- Assist with residential and commercial junk removal projects
- Heavy lifting and loading of furniture, appliances, construction debris, and household items
- Maintain clean trucks, trailers, and equipment
- Follow company safety procedures and Alberta OH&S; regulations
- Perform other property maintenance duties as assigned

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has previous lawn maintenance and/or snow removal experience
- Possesses a valid Class 5 driver’s licence (clean driver’s abstract preferred)
- Can safely operate lawn mowers, string trimmers, backpack blowers, hedge trimmers,



snow blowers, and other landscaping equipment
- Is physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Is reliable, punctual, and takes pride in producing quality work
- Can work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Is able to pass a criminal record check

Preferred Assets

- Experience operating commercial lawn maintenance equipment
- Experience pulling trailers
- Knowledge of safe work practices and equipment maintenance
- First Aid certification (an asset)
