Marvel Signs & Display is looking for an experienced, hands-on Fabricator / Welder / Builder who can take an idea, drawing, or set of measurements and turn it into a properly built finished product.
This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have at least FIVE years of relevant hands-on experience in welding, fabrication, sign manufacturing, display building, woodworking, metalworking, or a closely related field.
We need an all-around builder with a robust work ethic, practical fabrication experience, and proven problem-solving ability. The successful candidate must be able to walk into our facility, understand assigned work, and begin completing fabrication tasks from day one with minimal supervision.
You must understand how to build things—not simply wait for step-by-step instructions. You should be comfortable determining how components need to be constructed, selecting appropriate materials and building methods, and completing work accurately.
You will work on custom signs, retail displays, exhibits, architectural elements, fixtures, prototypes, dimensional lettering, illuminated signage, and one-of-a-kind fabricated projects.
Our projects frequently change and evolve. Adaptability, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems are essential.
