Fleet Manager – High-Volume Automotive Dealership

Are you a driven, organized, and relationship-focused professional with experience in fleet sales and commercial accounts? We are looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to join our high-volume dealership in Sherwood Park. This is an exciting opportunity to build and grow a successful fleet department while working with one of the area's busiest automotive dealerships.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial, municipal, and corporate fleet clients.
- Prospect and generate new fleet business through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Manage the entire fleet sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
- Prepare competitive fleet quotes, proposals, and contracts.
- Coordinate vehicle ordering, inventory allocation, and delivery timelines.
- Work closely with the sales, finance, and service departments to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within the CRM.
- Represent the dealership at networking events, trade shows, and community functions.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual fleet sales targets.

Qualifications:

- Previous fleet sales or commercial automotive sales experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of fleet leasing, financing, and commercial vehicle upfitting is an asset.




- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record.
