Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Front End Associate to join our team in delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer transactions, preparing food items, and ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop skills in food preparation, cashiering, and food industry operations while providing outstanding service to our guests.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders in a timely manner
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, accurately handling cash and card transactions
- Prepare food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation
- Manage food handling and sanitation procedures to maintain food safety standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness of the front counter, dining area, and service stations
- Assist with basic kitchen tasks such as food prep and portioning when needed
- Ensure proper food safety practices are followed at all times
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers efficiently




- Handle cash accurately and balance cash register at shift end

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred; experience with serving or cashiering is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Kitchen experience or food industry background is advantageous but not required
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and evenings as needed
