LEXIA COMMUNICATIONS INC. an authorized service provider for TELUS is presently hiring an energetic Full Time Hardwired Alarm Technician for TELUS Smart Home in Edmonton, AB and surrounding areas.

***Minimum 2 - 5 years experience in DSC Neo Hardwire Alarms***

- Install, service, and program HARDWIRED Alarm systems.
- Troubleshooting security system.
- Mount and fasten keypad panels, door, and window contacts, etc.
- Provide service in accordance with the established procedures and techniques using proper tools, test equipment, and the replacement parts.
- Provide top-notch CUSTOMER SERVICE and tech support to the clients.

What's Required:

- Experience with Hardwired Systems such as DSC, Neo, is MUST
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- You will interact with consumers daily and should be comfortable and able to effectively communicate/train customers

Must to have:

- Must have a reliable vehicle
- Basic tools
- Criminal background check
- Must know Hardwired Systems such as DSC, Neo, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
