Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and licensed Truck and Trailer Mechanic (310T) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and industrial equipment. This role offers the chance to work with a diverse range of machinery, including excavators, cranes, forklifts, farm machinery, and more. The successful applicant will ensure that all vehicles and equipment operate safely and efficiently, supporting our operational needs with professionalism and expertise.

Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, and farm machinery.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, schematics, and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Conduct welding repairs and fabrication as needed to maintain equipment integrity.
- Operate or assist in operating heavy machinery including industrial equipment and heavy-duty vehicles.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all repairs performed.




- Assist with assembly or disassembly of components during repairs or upgrades.
- Support preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repair projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

- Valid 310T Truck & Trailer Mechanic License required.
- Proven experience or extensive background in automotive repair is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience working with heavy equipment, including excavators, cranes, forklifts, and farm machinery.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, schematics reading, welding techniques, HVAC systems, and power tools operation.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
- Familiarity with industrial equipment maintenance and assembly processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service and safety compliance.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
